free cosultation
first things first. we need to figure out what goals you wish to accomplish with your mural project. i need to meet with you preferably in person at the jobsite. if that isnt feasible we can chat in via phone or video call. this is the time to express any ideas you may have so i can give you an accurate quote. include info like: SIZE of the mural, imagery, and vibe your going for. also send any referance images youd like to incorperate.
quote/contract process
did you know i offer free quotes!! my quotes are all inclusive, which includes- supplies, travel/fuel costs, labor, artwork & equipment rental fees if needed. my quotes serve as simplified binding contracts streamlining the process, protecting all parties involved & can be signed using docusign if not presented in person. in depth contracts may be aplicable.
the design process/deposit
before i begin the design process, i require a minimum $500 deposit to begin the design process. (non-refundable) time=money and this covers the time it takes to bring your ideas to life. if this is a multi faceted project that requires multiple extensive designs- that figure may be riased. i offer up to 3 revisions included with your deposit, more revisions is subject to added cost as determind by the artist.
design review
once i’ve completed designs, i will present them to you for final approval. any further adjustments to the agreed upon design after this stage are subject to added design/mural cost determined by the artist. hardcopies of the final design need to be signed at this time.
mural deposit
let’s lock it in. %50 of the quote must be paid up front in order to start collecting my supplies & get your project on my schedule. it takes time, fuel & energy to get ready for a mural of any size. this deposit shows commitment on both sides, & builds further client/artist trust and we can establish our start/end dates.
Mural installation
the best part! mural painting, can be a bit messy. first day is usually all prep work, orginization, design transfer & getting a feel for my painting environment. once i begin painting it is best that minimal human occupants are exposed to the paint fumes- plan accordingly depending on the needs of your jobsite. i provide project completion dates but things happen, weather happens, sometimes i finish ahead of schedule & sometimes things take longer than expected. i often go above and beyone expectations from start to finish.
project completion
all good things must come to an end. after every job, i clean up as much as possible to leave your premisis like the day i found it, in most cases better. upon completion of the mural, the remaining balance is due & our contract is closed. but wait theres more!! i will always be available to you to answer any questions, correspondece or mural repairs.
